In April 2012, ACCLAIMED PRODUCTION delivered the event production management of a regional version of the long established ROOTS conference for the Salvation Army.

Working along side the in-house ROOTS event management team, the ACCLAIMED PRODUCTION team provided practical and creative direction for the venue layout and coordinated sound, lighting, staging and video contractors along with skilled crew on behalf of the client.

The event was held at EICA Ratho just outside Edinburgh in a 700 capacity marquee which was located on the climbing arena floor. Detailed scale plans were developed in order for a smooth running to the tight fit up and breakdown times.

The programme included presenters; speakers, including The General of the Salvation Army; and music lead by contemporary worship band Lou Fellingham and Phatfish.

ACCLAIMED PRODUCTION provided an onsite production manager to oversee the technical process across the venue and a producer to help manage the technical elements of each meeting session.

The set was designed and build commissioned by ACCLAIMED PRODUCTION which included CNC routed logo columns with internal LED lighting which were used in the main marquee as well as signage structures around the venue re-enforcing the brand throughout the centre.
