DONCASTER DOME TRANSFORMED FOR ROOTS FINALE

The finale of The Salvation Army's ROOTS conferences took place in May 2013 at the Dome in Doncaster where ACCLAIMED PRODUCTION handled all the production elements for this event.

The Doncaster Dome is a large sports and leisure complex which regularly plays host to large concerts and conferences. Working directly for The Salvation Army, ACCLAIMED PRODUCTION specified, sourced and manged the full technical production for the event. Working with the venue and the client, we drew up scale plans of the venue to ensure the venue would be laid out as agreed in what was a fairly tight fit-up schedule

During the two day conference, speakers included the national UK & Ireland leader of the Salvation Army, the Territorial Commander as well as range of internal and external speakers, along with a live band.

ACCLAIMED PRODUCTION also produced the main sessions, drawing together video clips, PowerPoint presentations and other presenter content into running orders as well as show calling the items through to ensure the sessions flowed cohereantly and to time.

We have been delighted to have worked with The Salvation Army on this event over the past two years delivering the technical production both in Doncaster as well as Scotland.
